Kitazawa Yuki & Uesugi Eiri

(SPOILERS!) The history of Kitazawa Yuki and Uesugi (Yuki) Eiri go back before the Gravitation series begins. As a young boy in New York, Eiri was tutored by a Japanese American, chosen and trusted by Seguchi Tohma. However, an interest grew between them that was of a more intimate nature.

Unfortunately for both Yuki and Eiri, Yuki was not able to control himself. He let alcohol and his desire get the better of him. One night, he attempted to force Eiri to have sex with him. Worse yet, he let two other guys pay a very small sum of money for 'first crack' at him. Betrayed, Eiri, in his intense fear to get away, shot all of the men there.

The relationship between Kitazawa Yuki and Uesugi (Yuki) Eiri has left a lasting mark on Eiri. He is unable to trust, cynical, hurt, and constantly pained by what he did and what Yuki did to him.
